CMO cannot or will accept or consider any material, idea or suggestion of any nature, that is not expressly requested. If you submit any material that is not previously requested by CMO, you acknowledge that such submission may contain ideas that are the same or similar to those that have been developed, are being developed or will be developed in the future within CMO. No project proposal documents will be read without first having a signed NDA document from you, which must be provided by CMO in advance. All mail, whether physical or electronic, that does not attach an NDA and has not been requested will be deleted immediately. CMO will not keep the material or any copy thereof. ”
